A different kind of therapy space
The Therapy Garden began with a simple idea: excellent allied-health care can be clinically thoughtful and professional while still feeling warm, beautiful and human.

The garden is our metaphor for growth, not because everyone should grow in the same direction or at the same pace, but because people flourish when the conditions around them are right.
We are creating a calm, modern and nature-inspired space where children, young people, adults and families can feel welcome rather than processed.
What We Do
The Therapy Garden is a shared allied-health space rather than one large multidisciplinary practice. Independent practitioners may work from the Garden under their own businesses while sharing a professional environment and a commitment to high-quality, respectful care.
Speech Sense Speech Pathology is the first service taking root. As the Garden grows, other independent businesses and practitioners can be introduced through their own dedicated pages within this website once they are genuinely available.
The values the collective is built on.
Respect
Listening first and seeing the person beyond the referral.
Individualised care
No one-size-fits-all programs or predetermined pathways.
Evidence-informed practice
Combining relevant evidence, clinical expertise and individual priorities.
Participation
Focusing on communication and skills that matter in everyday life.
Collaboration
Involving families, educators and other professionals when it adds value and consent is provided.
A welcoming environment
Thoughtful care in a space designed to feel calm, comfortable and human.
The first service taking root in our Garden.
Speech Sense Speech Pathology is Anne's established speech pathology business, operating from within The Therapy Garden. Anne is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist and member of Speech Pathology Australia, with more than 25 years of experience across private practice, hospitals, rehabilitation, schools, disability services, community settings and telehealth.
Her approach is warm, practical and collaborative. Support starts by understanding the person, not by fitting them into a program. Families should leave appointments understanding what has been noticed, why it matters and what they can realistically do next.

Come and see what we are growing.
If The Therapy Garden sounds like the kind of place you have been looking for, we would love to hear from you.
At launch, enquiries are by phone or email rather than an online form. Please keep initial emails brief and do not send detailed medical histories, clinical reports, identity documents or urgent information unless requested through an appropriate secure process.
